Cold weather requires different clothing and operating procedures.

What? No rape whistle or pissing on himself?

Most certainly a 380 wouldn’t be the weapon of choice.

“at noon, it was just below zero with a 10 mph wind.”
So this happened last summer in Fargo?

Post the good news on the internet....
DOA in N.D. means no checks sent to Mexico...
In fact... send the Ambassador to Mexico a copy of the obituary....

The suspects were merely “dreamers” hoping to make a better life for themselves in America.

I had a friend from Fargo. She described the cold. She moved to California but now she hates California.
Not much hope for her unless she turns to God...and that AIN'T gonna happen in the foreseeable future. Too bad.

Better than trying to throw a rock frozen to the ground.

A .380 wouldn’t be the sidearm of choice to penetrate thick winter clothing. But, in this instance no shots were fired. Just their seeing the gun pointed at them was enough. A .380 could have worked just fine for that. It beats a knife or 2X4.

I had to look up "lapsteel." You must really love to play.
Good for you!

I USED to love rock and roll. I stopped it all together somewhere in my 30's.
Now I listen to classical and opera almost exclusively.
I also love salsa and try to catch it now and then on a Spanish-speaking station.

A 2X4 directly to the head at close range may be survivable. But, a .380 bullet, probably not so much.

I love Classical, and so does Zaza. He’s a Classically trained musician. I love the music in opera, but can’t handle the singing. It’s a style from before pa systems, and, to me, sounds like people bellowing at the top of their lungs in a foreign language. Just doesn’t work for me! 8^)
