Jefferson and Madison didn't put anything in the Constitution prohibiting personal choice in medical treatment. It is a God give drive to seek relief from sickness, pain and suffering. Is it not? I'm pretty sure that's why they didn't bother to put it in there. It's so basic of a drive they felt it unnecessary to even mention it. Kinda like why there are no laws on teeth brushing or bathing.

Bottom line No Govt has any business what an individual takes for what ever reason they take it. PERIOD.

All the gang violence and smuggling WILL CEASE when the rights of the individual are restored. Why buy something of unknown quality or condition from shady thugs, when you can legally buy it at a pharmacy for less? Let the light of day and truth shine on it and the cockroaches will scatter!

War on Drugs? How many drugs get killed each day from it? How many people? How about a lil truth in advertising?

The problem is in militarized police, the way they serve warrants, confiscations, and it goes all the way through the law enforcement food chain and the justice/legal system.

We could legalize drugs right this second, and it doesn’t change that.

Don’t hijack our efforts to fix policing and government, by turning it into yet another push for dope.
