As if there is enough of a difference between the parties. Republican? Democrat? Same thing anymore.

Pro-open borders, board member of the Bloomberg group (or whatever the hell it's called), quishy on life issues. I'm sure there are other things I can't remember off the top of my head.
Yes, he should switch parties, and good riddance.

I don’t think the Dems want him anymore than we do.
To: Steelfish
If his goal is still to win without any conservatives votes, joining the democrats is his best bet.

With a some subtle position adjustments, he’d probably win the Democrat nomination. His last name would be the only thing that would give them pause.

Jeb is the new Mitt. what FResidents need to decide is, what are we going to do this time that we failed at last time?
we hated mitt. he won the nomination, and then lost.
we have to get it out of our heads that simply bitching on an internet forum will change anything.
what REAL thing are we willing to do?

He should, but he wont.
I'm not sure why he thinks his protege, Charlie Crist, lost his last two turns up to bat, but he seems willing to double down on losing stances for himself.
He has a much better chance of winning the nomination as a Democrat, since he is more aligned with that political platform.
I expect to see a Clinton/Bush ticket.

I made this same suggestion a couple of weeks ago here on FR. I suspect I wasn’t the first.
