Its a retread of President Obamas 2013 State of the Union school-spending plan, which was a repackaging of his 2011 Race to the Top Early Learning Challenge program. Its no longer a matter of anybodys guess, but on paper every child in America from birth and continuing to age 5.

A couple of years back, there was a study that discovered that the “advantage” that was evident in victims... uh... I mean recipients... of early childhood education disappeared by the time they got to about age nine and the other kids had also had a chance to develop test-taking experience.
while everyone else was living their lives, social justice warriors invaded every gate keeper space in our society. Education, media, and social networking all play to the howls of the perpetually offended.
We need more balance in education and media. Thankfully the Internet and it’s free market of ideas exists because it is the only tool left to combat social Marxists, though it is constantly under attack by free speech opponents, corporate interests, and moral busybodies who extort institutions into bending to their will.
The root is academia and we cannot play defense forever. At some point, we as a culture need to address the radical ideologies incubating in Western academia. Nobody is discussing how to confront this monster or any possible solutions. Articles published about step ford students who value safety and comfort over freedom and liberty should sound warning bells.
