Well Hell's Bells! They gotta ifnd a way around Posse Comitatus since it won't let them use the military against "WE the People ..." but the cops aren't the military, are they?
I mean, think back to Waco. Someone tell me the difference between the US Military on the one hand and the FBI using Military plans drawn up by the Delta team, military uniforms, military weapons, military acp's, military tanks, military weapons and ammo, military flash-bangs and more.
Are they then FBI or Military or just using weasel words to call themselves FBI still even though trained and equipped by the military?
Think on it.

Hmm...the police in my area are good guys. They do not like the idea of abolishing the second amendment at all.
I have not seen the police getting military type vehicles here in southwest WA state.

I have little doubt that there is funding for this program in the just-passed CRomnibus bill. Thanks, Speaker Boehner and Majority Leader Reid.
