This is kind of schizophrenic.
Give the police departments all this hi-tech stuff, then excoriate them when they go about the business of enforcing the law.
Or are the police forces throughout the nation supposed to go into the business of suppressing law everywhere in the territory once known as “the United States of America”?
Some kind of demented logic is going on.
