They always cut the video just after he hit the ground. But he obviously is awake for a while afterwards if you watch the whole thing. So the headlock was not the cause. They should have taken more care in determining if he was having a medical or breathing issue. He was telling them he couldn’t breathe.
he starts the headlock at 38 seconds into the video, it’s released at 53 seconds. That’s a total of 15 seconds.

For a second, you had me thinking you actually liked bits and pieces of my video (although certainly not the thing as a whole).

When the “fat guy’ groaned “I can’t breathe”, given his weight, that cop should have believed him and stopped choking him. Common sense. Even fat people have constitutional rights. Those evil smokers do too.
All these “conservatives” who point to the dead man’s unhealthy condition...you will be unhealthy one day and I pray that people show mercy to you and give you comfort. No one gets out healthy and alive. I volunteer for elderly shut ins and can promise you, they are unhealthy and they suffer. They are often not equipped to hear nor understand a police officer’s orders. If I wanted to be a beast, I could inventory their habits in life and tell them they deserve to suffer and die. This would be a sin.
I can understand why conservatives will take the opposite position of black racists and commie occupy wall streeters. We don’t want to give them an inch of “moral high ground” for their solutions of racism, reverse discrimination, oppression, coveting, cop hating and all that. But we can’t make the mistake of sounding like immoral cretins in order to fight the left.
By the way. When Bill and Hill were pushing immorality against the “religious right’, they came up with this shift from condemning sin to condemning unhealthy behaviors - smoking. Conservatives fell head over heals for it and now we have gay marriage and gay sex lessons in schools. This is all Hillary’s agenda. But we hate fatties and smokers, so all’s well, right?

Adam makes those videos to be seen by others beyond just Freepers. Lord knows, you tube could use some conservatives with a brain yapping about current events. Dim wit Occupyers and black racists have the you tube market cornered. LOL
How do you know why he does it?
Me, I figure it's because he thinks he's the smartest guy in the room and has to explain things to the rest of us.
And that is deserving of every bitch-slap he gets, and then some.
did you watch the video? he was only in the choke hold for 15 seconds. He said “I can’t breath” at the 14 second mark and was released from the choke hold 1 SECOND later
I did watch the video and you can not deny that the choke hold was held too long because it killed the guy.
I know because I am an optimist in this instance. You know because you are a pessimist in this instance. I give him the benefit of the doubt. You give him the grump. But that is why I love you. You are a character and make things interesting. You do the best grump on Free Republic. I can be a grump, too. But you are the best. : )
