Q. What do the Pontiac Public Schools have in common with Venezuela?
To: MichCapCon
If the state government uses base-line budgeting like our current corrupt US government uses, then there was no cuts...only reductions in spending.

Did 'Republican Budget Cuts' Lead to a $51.7 Million Deficit and No Toilet Paper in Schools? If no Republican in the Michigan government steps up to say otherwise, yes they did.

If Michigan communities dont have the funds to make sure that their local public schools have toilet paper, then state taxes are too high imo.

Was in high school during the 50s, it was a rare occasion for their to be toilet paper in the bathroom...the more time goes by, the less change there is..

Apparently before 1979 all schools everywhere in the US were out of toilet paper, so we have had liberal progress if we still have some that are out of TP....

How does a relatively small school district overspend its budget by that much? And then blame “budget cuts”? Bet some teachers union thugs are sporting some new rides.
