Trespassing into somebody’s property is met with a deadly response. I seldom see problem with that.
In the daytime, not even Texas is that way for driveways and yards.
So if someone is walking on a sidewalk in front of your house and accidentally puts a foot in your yard, you have the right to shoot them? Do you realize how crazy that is?
I believe in my jurisdiction that a property owner is only justified in using that level of force which is necessary to remove a trespasser from the property.
In this case, if the man killed was in fact leaving the property, then the amount of force necessary was ... NONE.
