If no one in Washington will defend our Constitution from tyranny, then it will become the duty of armed citizens.

If this Congress allows itself to be neutered, what is to come will be on their heads.

Blah, blah, blah...

I have read dozens of newspaper articles from the Civil War era that say the exact same thing about A. Lincoln's suspension of habeas corpus and the arrest (censorship) of hostile members of the news media of the day.

Yet somehow through those terrible times, and many since then, the Constitution still perseveres and remains relevant. Don't give in to the hopelessness peddled by these drama queens who are only looking to stir up controversy for their own purpose.

The Constitution will continue to endure because of We the American People, not because one marxist, dog-eating faggot in Washington DC says otherwise.

If no one in Washington will defend our Constitution from tyranny, then it will become the duty of the Congress, and if they don't rise up, then armed citizens.

The Constitution isn't being murdered , its under assault with certain laws being ignored altogether , and some bureaus 'over-reaching' their prescribed duties.
It's time for Congress (Senate and House) to stand and deliver ,..or resign !
If the sytem of checks and balances gets broken , ..it is Congress' fault.

The most important issue is missing from debate over the coming Obama administration’s “Executive Amnesty for illegal immigrants.”If such an action is taken without even an attempt at impeachment, we will mark that day as the day the U.S. Constitution was murdered.

I don't quite agree. There is no point in attempting impeachment over executive orders (or just about anything else with the corrupt democrats holding 45 seats in the Senate). Impeachment will fail, and failures are rarely useful. Congress should pass such narrow and parsimonious spending bills that there is no money that can be lawfully used on this unlawful power grab or on any other unilateral executive actions. We need to starve the Beast - stop feeding portions of FedGov that are not specifically authorized under the Enumerated Powers.

What is this Constitution of which you speak? It sounds nice. We should get one.

You’re right. After what both parties have done for the last hundred years, the best the Constitution can hope for from them is a mercy killing.

Ranting!! The Congressional leadership has allowed the fraud to stay in the WH and now they are going to allow him to write law. The Congressional leaderships continual neglect to enforce Constitutional Law on this muslim fraud in the WH will more than likely result in some very ugly times befalling this country. So it appears it may be a TWOFER, Martial Law declared in MO and the reaffirming coronation of America’s first dictator.

Take a note from Singapore. Send all the libtards to one of their Socialist Utopias. Their choice. Venezuala, Cuba, or North Korea. Pick one.

The murder happened long ago.

“But whether the Constitution really be one thing, or another, this much is certain - that it has either authorized such a government as we have had, or has been powerless to prevent it. In either case it is unfit to exist.” ~ Lysander Spooner

“The man who puts all the guns and all the decision-making power into the hands of the central government and then says, ‘Limit yourself’; it is he who is truly the impractical utopian.” ~ Rothbard

The Constitution doesn't dissolve, but the powers delegated to the Federal government by the several States and the people will devolve back to the states, not disappear into a dictatorship.

Here is what should immediately happen.

States like Arizona should go into emergency session and pass legislation in their states explicitly denying these illegal aliens access to state programs and services, essentially refusing to recognize Obama's executive order.

State can cite Article I Section 8 "To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;" and say that Obama's actions are unconstitutional because: 1) they are not uniform, and 2) the power belongs to Congress, and the states are following the laws passed by Congress.

When Obama pushes back like he did the last time in Arizona, the states can say that the Courts already ruled that there needs to be one set of laws for all the states to follow, and that set comes from Congress.

Get as many states as possible to rush through this legislation, and make Obama fight all the state legislatures and governors over this.

30 state legislatures against 1 arrogant dictator.

Take the fight to Obama via the authority of the states.

Lawless officials begat a lawless citizenry. Tell me which ones I am bound to obey from here on out? The ones they enforce, all of them, or only the ones they can find out about?
