Here is what should immediately happen.
States like Arizona should go into emergency session and pass legislation in their states explicitly denying these illegal aliens access to state programs and services, essentially refusing to recognize Obama's executive order.
State can cite Article I Section 8 "To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;" and say that Obama's actions are unconstitutional because: 1) they are not uniform, and 2) the power belongs to Congress, and the states are following the laws passed by Congress.
When Obama pushes back like he did the last time in Arizona, the states can say that the Courts already ruled that there needs to be one set of laws for all the states to follow, and that set comes from Congress.
Get as many states as possible to rush through this legislation, and make Obama fight all the state legislatures and governors over this.
30 state legislatures against 1 arrogant dictator.
Take the fight to Obama via the authority of the states.

30 state legislatures against 1 arrogant dictator.
That could work. At the very least, it'd force Obama to show his hand as a true dictator. FWIW, these same states can put more chips on the table by authorizing large numbers of citizens (say, all those with handgun carry licenses) to automatically be part of their respective state militia (NOT the State National Guard, which can be federalized by Obama), and further authorize ANY member of the state militia to acquire, keep and bear full auto weapons. Imagine if 5 million people either bought full autos and/or happy switches? The unmistakable message would be: DON'T TREAD ON US!
That, and there has to be some disobedience from states to the feds, too. A state like Arizona can refuse to follow federal orders when the feds refuse to follow their own laws. The hell with those orders about treatment of immigrants. Pick them up, charge them with theft of state services and illegal entry into Arizona, and defy the stupid federal courts that say they can’t. When the lawlessness is so obvious and antithetical to the interests of the people, no one will blame the states for simply following the legally passed and binding laws of the land instead of the dictates of a tyrant.
