They've been saying the roads are covered with black ice.

WTAM (AM 1100) is the blowtorch radio station in Cleveland. I get it very well in NC. They've been talking about the storm all evening. Mostly calls from people out on the roads, saying how bad (icy) it is.

School cancellations are beginning.

Don't you fools get it man. Progressives are never wrong. And even if they are wrong, it does not matter to them. You see, there is no such thing as absolute right or absolute wrong in progresso land. No such thing as truth or falsehood. Every thing is based on fuzzy logic or feelings. So even if they are freezing to death, a progressive with their last dieing breath will proclaim, I am freezing to death because I was right about global warming, or I mean, climate change.

As far as I know right now, with the cooler masses moving down from the north, my guess is it’s colder inland. The gulf generally does store a good bit of heat...technically speaking, hurricane season doesn’t end until 11/30, but I think we’re safe this year :-)
