A .44 Magnum will take down some good size ruminants for sure.
Big ass round, with a lot of kinetic energy and hitting power.
Fired one a few times... found it... NOT pleasant... haha!

BTW, Speer makes the 270gr DeepCurl (Gold Dot) just for the occasion of the 329. I handload them and find they shoot very accurately.

P.S.S. For better control and comfort, the S&W 500 grips can be attached. They have more rubber on the backside.
