Democratic Voting Bloc-Heads
Canada Free Press ^ | 10/20/14 | Alan Caruba

The Democratic Party depends on voting blocs of less educated, less wealthy, more knee-jerk voters than the Republican Party,

As this is being written, Rasmussen Reports says that 48% of likely voters approve of President Obama’s performance in office while 50% disapproved. Other polls indicate far more unhappiness with Obama, but in general one must conclude that half the voters are idiots. He is an enormous failure domestically and with his foreign relations.

In early July, a Quinnipiac University national poll found that Obama was regarded as “the worst president since World War II.” The only poll that counts will be the midterm elections on November 4th.

The rats depend on one issue voters. My SIL told me to vote for Abortion Barbie. I asked her why and she said because Davis is pro choice.

Rather than engage, I said to her, “why should I vote for someone who has no other qualification than supporting something that is already legal? Isn’t that like supporting Abbott because he is for the second amendment?”

I could see the wheels turning. Now my SIL is an attorney, albeit not the sharpest knife in the drawer. So I poked a bit more. “Texas is being led by Republicans and abortion is still legal. What is Davis going to do that already hasnt been done by the current governor?”

Like I said, libs are one issue voters.

Another factor in addition to race, ethnicity, and gender, the Dems expand their voting bloc by getting more and more people dependent on government.

Even though he caught a lot of hell for saying, during the 2012 presidential election, MR was spot on in his comment about the 47%.

A lot of attorneys are not terribly intelligent (just look at Congress), although most of them believe they are brilliant. Arrogance seems to be one of the things they teach lawyers in law school...

I know an older woman (long past child-bearing years) who is the same way: all about abortion, and the supposed "war on women" being waged by republicans. Her skull might as well have 3" thick steel plate armor on it, for all the sense you can hope to get through it.

Obama utterly failed in his most basic responsibility, to keep America safe. He is the Chief Executive in charge. Ebola was a known threat. His policies allowed it to come to the US. Obama cannot hide behind congress, or behind some bureaucrat. Obama owns this abject failure. May his soul burn in hell.

Y’all DO know that some of those dissatisfied voters are unhappy because Obama was not far enough left, right? The expected Obama to take from “the man” (whatever their pet hate was) and give to them and he didn’t. At least not enough to satisfy them.
We are pretty sad shape at this point.

Obamacare, the Porkulus, Dodd-Frankenstein, letting GWB taxcuts expire evidently wasn’t enough.

Of course you can NEVER totally satisfy the purists, and that applies to both sides of the aisle.
