Hazmat crews are currently on the ground at Logan Airport, after five passengers with flu and Ebola-like symptoms landed in Boston.
At this moment, specialists are inspecting an Emirates flight at Terminal E at Gate E6 at Logan. Three of the five passengers with symptoms are on their way to Boston Medical Center; details about the other two are unavailable.
At 5:20, the other passengers on the flight were allowed off the plane and went through customs.
Flu symptoms include a number of similar symptoms to Ebola, including fever, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea.
Officials stated that the passengers in question may have been to West Africa, but had not been there recently. Officials did not say if they had been in contact with anyone who had gone to West Africa, however.
The scare comes as the Obama Administration has steadfastly refused to consider blocking travel from Ebola-stricken nations to the United States.
The name of the specific flight was Emirates Flight 237. It left Dubai 8:47 Monday morning local time (12:47 AM EST), and arrived in Boston at 2:45 p.m. EST.

I imagine that airlines will soon cancel flights to high-risk ebola areas themselves as passengers stop flying and crews refuse to work those routes. But action needs to be taken immediately.

Obama is a terrorist and his policies or lack of, are terrorizing the American people. I don’t care if it is not Ebola, the mere thought of it and the lack of taking aggressive action against this crap is scaring the hell out of us and someone MUST get this under control.
Just a crazy thought...what if ISIS knowingly put these ppl on this flight..like a bio terrorism attack?
No more flights from west Africa until this epidemic is under control there. Period. End the PC bulls**t that is sickening and killing people here.

My wife and I are flying to see her parents in early November. We are flying from Little Rock to Phoenix to Burbank. We are considering canceling our trip and taking the monetary ticket loss. I think the grandparents would rather just be alive than take a chance catching something that our govt seems to have NO handle on.
