A patient has been isolated with possible Ebola symptoms in Braintree, Massachusetts, officials confirm.
Braintree Fire confirms that hazmat, police, fire and EMS crews are on the scene at Harvard Vanguard.
Officials add that the isolation is being performed out of an abundance of caution....

False alarms will outnumber positives by at least 10:1, perhaps 100:1, but with NOTHING effective being done to prevent a repeat of the Duncan scenario, every 100th case is going to become a new pandemic potential.
And now that, predictably, a health care worker has been infected in the very first re-transmission case, we could see a quick collapse of the health care house of cards, as workers decide that staying home, even without pay, trumps catching Obama’s Change You Can Bereave In.

Anyone else get the impression, that we aren’t being told the full story of Ebola? We hear these unconfirmed reports of possible cases, etc. popping up all over the country. Then we are told, well, this wasn’t actually Ebola in that particular case.
I hope and pray there is no pandemic. I hope and pray that health officials are on top of things. I fear the worst but hope and pray for the best.
I think so but I also think a big part of that is they really don't understand Ebola as well as most Americans think they do...
