I wonder whether he meant Americans are screwed because Ebola is coming, or Democrats are screwed because Obama's insane policies will be blamed when Ebola gets here in increasing numbers as the election approaches. There is a mild level of anxiety in Washington DC because one person was showing signs of Ebola. I haven’t heard of any confirmation of a positive or negative test yet.

I interpret Major Garrett’s hot mike remark to be an anxiety release. I do not believe that he has more knowledge than anyone else. Major Garrett used to work at Fox News, so he is not a big lib...I think his comment betrays some distrust in the CDC’s truthfulness.
