I seriously doubt there are any freepers in that neighborhood.

You’re probably wrong about that.
The immediate area may not be high class, but there are affluent and very red neighborhoods nearby. Lake Highlands on the east, Highland Park and University Park to the southwest. Preston Hollow, the neighborhood where George W. and Laura Bush live, is just a couple of miles to the west.

I seriously doubt there are any freepers in that neighborhood. Don't be so sure. We're all over North Texas.

I grew up by there, and my mom, sister-in-law, niece and lots of friends live nearby in Lake Highlands. One of the elementaries that had kids exposed to ebola is a feeder school to my old high school, Lake Highlands.

Actually, from that hospital you take a left onto Walnut Hill, a right on the I-75 frontage road, U-turn at the next light, and there I am.
Most people I've seen around here don't really care much. Until it gets out of hand or tons of people start getting sick, it really won't affect the daily lives of most people, especially in an international business hub like Dallas. You can't stop business cause someone nearby is sick. That's how your company goes bankrupt.
That said, I'm decently stocked up if anything bad happens. Plenty of MREs, and I just did my big $100+ beer run yesterday. Good to go for at least a couple weeks :)
