Not only do the dems need to keep blacks poor, they need to keep them angry. The race-baiting of Obama and Holder on the heels of the events in Ferguson reminded us all this administration’s true charter is based on the same old Marxist ideology as that from which Obama came: Agitation and class struggle. The dems survive on the perception of victimization, with the wealthy and caucasian segments of the population painted as the culprits.
Sadly... it works.
Prosperous people from intact families are much less likely to vote Democrat. If you are Democrat it is in your interest to see that fewer people are in those two categories. Black, white or otherwise.

2) Work-ethics and motivation to succeed
3) Positive faith that nurture positive relationships with others and environment
4) family-values that create and sustain support systems and family self-sufficiency
All the successful immigrants have relied on these to make it in USA. While Blacks shun each one of the 4 pillars of success. And than they cry racism for their failures.
