(Phoenix, AZ) Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio says his deputies have identified the old military equipment issued to his agency as part of what is now called the Pentagons 1033 Program and his Office is more than willing to relinquish the vintage equipment to the federal government now that the Maricopa County Sheriffs Office has been terminated from the program. The Sheriff has 120 days to return the gear.

too bad he can’t give it to the National Guard or something
So, only the agencies sympathetic to the regime will be able to keep their military equipment?
I guess this surplus equipment remains the property of the US DOD even after it is given to local law enforcement.
If I were a county sheriff I would never have accepted the equipment with that stipulation.
That kind of gift puts you under the thumb of the Federal government. That is no place to be if you can help it.
But this kind of thing shows what a small man Obama is. Insult him and the long arm of the government comes to claim its own from you.
Call them up and tell them to pick it up. Put it out on the nearest Federal Courthouse lawn so they won’t miss it.
So where is Joe and the Cold Case Posse?
I bet Chicago could loose a MRAP and get more to replace it, no questions asked.
Ironically, if ever a police department, or sheriff department needed such equipment, it would be ones near the border.
He’s loyal to the Constitution and the nation, not the regime.
Maybe Joe has much BETTER “ammo” to use against the enemy within (Barry).
Maybe those 15,000 MANPADS from Benghazi found a home with the militarized police nation-wide.

All they have to do is to drive it to the local mosque and toss the keys to the Imam....
You take the king’s coin. You do the king
s bidding.
You betcha.
