The 3 counties in the south east Broward, Miami and Palm waited till the panhandle closed and reported in , and yet again they knew how many votes they need. lets not forget how they gave out absentee ballots to people in line down there while not checking ID, and opened the voting stations when they were supposed to have been closed.
