The eye witness talking on this video describes the exact same scenario [as Officer Darren Wilson did].
The value in this is specifically because it is unguarded, and unprompted, testimony from an eyewitness that contradicts several others who spoke later but may have an agenda or pressure from the community.

Then in #40 ya say that’s Wilson vehicle too, but that vehicle left rear tire is nearly on the center line.
In addition, the front end of the vehicle in #40 is facing away from the grassy area, the front end of the vehicle in 45 is facing towards it.
Which is it?

That vehicle is parked against the curb line. Your posts above were not referring to a vehicle along the curb line.
A little advise. Scenes like that can be very tricky looking at different images, taken at different angles and at different times. This was a fluid shooting scene for probably 15-25 minutes or so, with very similar vehicles coming and going...
One last thing.
I am open here and have not found the cop innocent or guilty. I don’t know. Could be a bad shoot...could be a good shoot.
I would need to review all investigative crime scene images and video as well as review the officer involved statement, and any follow up interviews of him, as well as all the established witness statements and locations, not to mention study all of the physical evidence and locations. And on and on...
At that point I’d wanna get paid....lol...So I’ll just play spectator here.
If there is a trial, it should all come out in the end.

But ya see what I mean about crime/shooting scenes?
Ya can't just guess, unless you're spectators like us.
BTW, if a trial happens, there are some good witnesses here and some not so good. They'll be sorted out too, by people who can spot inconsistencies and those being less than forthright very quickly.
