The school system has been passing dummies through the system for decades.
I’ve taken real estate exams with foreigners who could not speak English and the tests were in English. Somehow they passed. There’s something wrong in this country.
They're only dummies because the education establishment stopped teaching the basics decades ago. You can see the results of that, here, and on other websites, daily.
Thank God I was born into an Army family, and got a proper basic education.
