As a mother and “battle buddy” to my 22 year old son who suffers from high functioning autism, major depression, and anxiety, I take issue with your attitude toward mental illness and “not being right with God”. It’s such attitudes that drive people to have no hope and give up and kill themselves. The stigma associated with mental illness is just as bad as the disease itself. Tell me, is a child with a down syndrome or cancer also “not right with God”? It is your same type of attitude that has driven countless parents of children with mental illness out of churches to be left on their own to worship God in their own way. Mental illness is a very real disease and it’s time society put as much thought and action in to helping those who suffer from it as they do the gossip and national headlines when it’s a celebrity suicide or mass shooting.
The Lord knows HE did not make us perfect. You should quit while you’re ahead dude. You’re making an ass out of yourself.

Brain Chemistry Science is still young and doctors despite advances can not cure a lot of mental disorders. For your information a lot of things could have possibly happened. He was likely on meds which is good. But something as simple as taking OTC cold medication such as cough syrup can set off a chemical response as potent to the brain as LSD and if you say BS I can prove it as medical fact.
It is also long established medical knowledge that many mental illnesses are a secondary condition caused many times by undiagnosed physical primary disorders that may not even be mental illness.
Bipolar disorder is often passed down in genetics so can clinical depression. A simple Inner Ear infection can also make you nuts. But hey here's an opportunity to say Ya Hoo so and so is going to hell Yippie!!!! Disgusting thread and post.

No it’s not......could you take the life of someone beating on a family member til they’re inches from death. I suspect those who take their life feel just that way...they’ve been beat up long enough and throw in the towel.
Everyone has threshholds of tolerance... physically and mentality. Looks like Williams had both. Some were self induced others were not. But the combination certainly wasn’t conducive to a good outcome no matter how you paint it.
I have to give a bit of credit to the guy....he made it to 60 some odd years fighting his issues.....that’s a great deal more than most who give up at the first sight of discomfort and this at a much younger age. Be it purposeful or accidental suicide....the end result is always the same..death eventually. And that comes to us all no matter how careful we might be in life.
