I didn’t mention “white”; the people (of all colors) who held John Wayne characters up as an ideal basically failed to instill the same culture and values in successive generations. Whites are to blame for the liberal mess into which we’ve descended; it is still a white country, and many of them have opted for a politically correct nanny-state (similar to national socialist and Bolshevik states from decades ago).
Blacks and Hispanics fifty years ago had stronger families and a better work ethic as well; they’ve also descended into dysfunction. It is just a function of a post-Christian country.

And then; to 'help the children'; this country started subsidizing those who do NOT work and subsidizing those who produce 'children' outside of a 'family'.
