A recent college grad got a lot more than a presidential handshake when she introduced President Barack Obama at a recent speech in Denver, Colorado. According to a shocking new report in The National ENQUIRER, the Commander-in-Chief’s eyes wandered all the way down the young woman’s dress — and RadarOnline.com has all the details of the awkward encounter.

The cozy clutch took onlookers by such surprise that they even called him “a perv,” according to the magazine.

The unknowing and pretty girl is 23-year-old Alex Dooley, who was snapped embracing Obama in a hug as she gave the introduction at a speaking event July 9.

I'm from NJ, and used to use the Holland Tunnel to get home from a construction project I was engineering in Chelsea, @26th and 10th. At rush hour, you look for every side street to bypass Canal Street to get into the Tunnel.
