The first sentence is all that makes sense to me. The rest is garbled.

If I remember right it was England that started the carpet bombing of Europe. Does Dresden come to mind. Did England give up when Hitler attacked with rockets. NO, they destroyed many cities. Most of Gaza is intact. Israel is going after tunnels and rockets not civilians like England did.

It is EXTREMELY sarcastic — I agree with others that this type of writing is for the very few (think Mark Steyn) and the author should stick with his normal form of pointing out the many, many hypocrisies and pointing at the antics of the left.
You can start with this paragraph and from there the rest starts to make more sense where he is going.
