Got that. It’s just that hearing that some Arabs worship as Christians might make people here think, “Oh, well, at least they’re not fanatical Islamic jihadis!”
Fact is, majority Christian towns like Nazareth & Bethlehem have been mostly depopulated of their non-Muslims.
A miracle that the Christians shrines in the mentioned places still stand.
Nazareth is in Northern Israel, and is not under PA control; I saw no shortage of Christians when I visited there about a decade ago. Bethlehem *is* under PA control, and has been more-or-less ethnically cleansed of Christians.
