I recently had someone accuse me of sounding like an angry republican, based simply on the facts that I have researched and written in my articles. As a result, I have decided to write a response to this accusation and set the record straight!
Lets get one thing clear
. I dont consider myself a republican, a tea partier, an independent or a libertarian. What I do know is that I am NOT a Democrat or a Liberal, I am not a racist or a flat-earther or a bigot or a terrorist, as the President of the United States has described me. I am a concerned American that believes in our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, the rule of law, the free enterprise system, a days pay for a days work, the three arms of government that were put into effect to keep any one from taking too much control, a valid and honest voting booth, a free press that actually reports the facts and not just political rhetoric, the sovereignty of our borders, the compassion, ingenuity and exceptionalism of the American people, who make up a country considered the melting pot and envy of the world.

I’ve gotten that. It’s one of the lamer lefty memes floating around, a variation on the tried~n~true “angry old white dude”. Ironically it usually comes on the heels of me mocking something stupid they’ve said.
Anything as a distraction to actually discussing the issues...
Minarchy.
An idea whose time has always been here, had we but the strength and honesty to try it.
Anything else is sheer lunacy.
The simplest response?
“Would an ‘angry Republican’ be able to point and laugh at you to your face? I’d be happy to demonstrate.”
Amen, bro.
Unfortunately, your garden variety uninformed subject will fall asleep or start digging out ear wax about halfway through that soliloquy.
Don't let it stop you, though.
No, just a looney one, thus you’ll be cataloged as a nut case and the local gendarmes will be by to collect your weapons shortly. Unless they were involved in a tragic boating accident last week of course.
Somewhat redundant, don't you think?
Maybe ‘surly’ should be reintroduced.
Surly you jest.
