Well, yet another Clinton White House expose has hit the stands, and this one not only further betrays their disingenuous and calculating nature,
but makes clear that Hillary had powerful enemies within the Democratic party long before the Obama wing ever raised it's (horned) head...
One person described as not keen on the idea of Clinton joining the Senate is Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY), who was so fearful of being up-staged he coached Rep. Rick Lazio (R-LI), Clintons eventual Republican opponent, on his 2000 campaign, according to Lazio.I thought he was generally . . . he was supportive, Lazio said of Schumer. Quite helpful to me behind the scenes and encouraging.
Hillary book is now #158 on Amazon. I think it is less than a week away before plunging the #200 mark.
As Harry Truman said of Washington, if you want a friend in this town, get a dog.
Schumer could not abide that even though he would be senior senator from New York, Hillary would be getting the lion’s share of the limelight.
Most I remember about their relationship was her statement on 9/11. She was there in all of her glory looking like a queen discount dominatrix with Senator Sucky and Representative Jerrold Nadler looking like a couple of bound and gagged submissives. At the time she was the newest senator and almost dead last on the pecking order of who should speak about it.
> Hillary’s about as popular with fellow Democrats as The Plague... for her, the timing couldn’t be worse.
That’s a load. Hillary is going to be the nominee unless she drops dead. If that happens, I hope I capture it on TiVO.
