Chris McDaniel was on Hannity tonight and said theyve already found over 1,000 votes that were cast by people who voted both in the Democratic primary and in the runoff last Tuesday.
Were looking into the issue of whether or not people who participated in the June 3rd Democratic primary crossed over into the Republican primary this Tuesday night, and weve already found more than 1,000 examples of that in one county alone.
“Any voters that did so, did so illegally.”
And what is the legal penalty for this??
Well, it’s possible. But everyone hits a break point eventually.
There has to be legal recourse for this corruption, surely, but I haven’t a clue who the legal eagles are that are assisting McDaniels. Monday seems too soon, and ten counties are reportedly suspect and in play.
Illegal. However the poll workers are supposed to stop this and ignorance of the law will be the defense for those who illegally voted twice. It will be difficult to prove “the guilty mind.” All will skate.
!
In Hinds County alone, Turnout increased an additional 7,483 votes over 2 weeks. 6,448 extra votes went to Cochran in that county alone.
If there were no legal recourse, they would have abandoned it I think. They know it’s a battle and they are going after it so there is something they can do. Dunno what exactly but they arent going to want this on their record as a loser.
That’s a really good question.
So far the GOP (anywhere) has never punished dem voter fraud. Can’t see where they’d punish it this time either.
Thanks.
A while back there were postings showing some document where the GOP settled a case and sighed away a lot of rights on the matter.
Someone may have a link.
I view that along the lines of ‘can’t rape the willing’.
And ignorance would be the correct defense for those who voted for Cochran. I believe they thought he was a DEM - (which he is) but that’s beside the point. No where did the flier or radio spot mention that he was a Republican. All the blacks heard was they were going to lose their food stamps and ability to vote - and how racist McDaniel is. Seems they are the ones being racist??? Most Americans are ignorant anyway when it comes to how our 3 branches work. One Senator alone cannot automatically stop food stamps - or anyone’s ability to vote. Ignorance, ignorance, ignorance is at a premium. I blame our schools for not teaching these things.
You and me both.
The alternative would be a court-ordered re-vote of the run-off pursuant to its statutory rules, i.e. no votes by June 3rd Democrat ballot voters.
There is no precedent for doing what you suggest: limiting voters to June 24th voters, but excluding ineligible voters. That would indeed be disenfranchising voters.
Would someone please explain again why voter id is a bad idea? /s
The voters are bar-coded. Run a comparison of bar-codes in the dem primary and in the 6/24 primary. Discard the votes where the bar-codes match. Then, do the recount.
Again, this will require finding an honest judge in MS.
however, these people are on record IIRC for the demo. primary....it doesn’t matter how they voted because they weren’t suppose to vote in the pub primary once they committed to the rats..
What are you some kinda disenfranchising racist er sunthin’? ;)
I do hope so. It’s got to be hand to hand combat tonight in Mississippi, to dislodge these corrupt power grabbers.
I am wondering who is in charge representing McDaniels interest, and if they can get 10 counties to cough up the goods, before Monday’s certification deadline.
And God love McDaniel for standing up to the fraud. I’ve seen time and again where it’s obvious the race was stolen but the ‘loser’ stays gracious, wouldn’t want the media to call them sore losers. If more would fight the fraud we might be able to put a dent in it.
And I want to say I was very impressed with Sean Hannity tonight. He had toe-sucker on and didn’t back down, said he couldn’t vote for Cochran because he’d crossed the line.
Toe-sucker seemed to have come prepared to convince people to vote for Cochran and tried to give the speech. He looked concerned, like maybe GOP figured out they’re going to lose that seat.
