It is no surprise at all to the many historians who hold the view stated in this above referenced article, that the Obama Regime would pursue sub rosa linkage to other fascist organizations such as the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt with some of it’s members on the White House staff,Mexican Drug Cartels in Fast and Furious ,Ansar al Sharia in Benghazi which got 4 Americans killed, Boko Haram via former Sec. State Hillery Clinton which now runs rampant in the central African levant,Col. Gaafar Muhammad Nimeiry of North Sudan, The Orange Party of Kenya under Obama cousin Rial Odinga, and the Svoboda Party of Ukraine . There is a pattern of conduct for all to see that Obama is a fascist among fascists, as are Obama’s appointees.

There is absolutely nothing to be gained (except confusion?) by linking Victoria Nuland with the Obama administration. She is a professional diplomat; professional diplomats continue to serve as Republicon(tm) and Dummocrat(tm) administrations come and go.
This is how it is possible for the financial elites of America to run our government without us realizing it; they control the elite schools, and if they have successful minions, they gain new ones through their families. Minion families will intermarry; this greatly increases the ability to keep things quiet that the elites want kept quiet. Ms. Nuland is married to Robert Kagan, another minion. Ongoing US government involvement in foreign lands can thus conduct long-term projects spanning decades that are really just part of the elites’ private sector long-term projects.

Ambassador Victoria Nuland assumed her position as Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs on September 18, 2013. As Assistant Secretary she is responsible for diplomatic relations with 50 countries in Europe and Eurasia, as well as with NATO, the European Union and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Previously, Ambassador Nuland served as State Department Spokesperson.
