He's the problem. Engaging with or encouraging a minor to engage in sexual activity is against the law. It is more than likely that many of these minors, who have declared themselves to be gay ARE engaging in sexual activity.

So where is the prosecution? And why has the media glossed over this obvious fact?

Look at it this way - If someone applied for a “homosexual scholarship”, how would they prove they qualified?
