He says he does not have a prior criminal ...The gov ordered him deported. Could this also mean contrary to what he says -that being ordered to leave the country as in being deported that some where in his stay in America,he did obtained a criminal record? We all know that exhaust pipe released too much smoke,is not going to get him deported. He did something else that became a criminal offense and was charged as such.He would also be driving without license/insurance.People without prior criminal records do not go out to find a church to shield him with sanctuary and being in said church is keeping law enforcement officials from entering the church to arrest him.I believe there is a lot more to this story then he has been willing to disclose.Would he also not have to break some further laws by using fraudulent documents in order to have employment ?

If it was any other kind of crook the government wouldn’t care that it was a church

...requested him to leave...
*************
Was an order for deportation given, or is our lame government now just requesting illegals to leave?
I recall that a few years ago some Catholic church harbored a female illegal and her son for perhaps a year or so.
Is there some law that says LEOs cannot remove criminals from a church? ...Seriously, I don’t know of one.
