Open Letter to Michael Bloomberg – You’ll Never Win

Dear Mr. Bloomberg, I understand that as a multi-billionaire you have to find non-traditional ways to pass your time. I’m sure rolling around in mounds of $100 bills just doesn’t bring the same enjoyment that it used to. I guess that it’s hard to find pleasure in the little things such as playing a round of golf, spending time with your family, or enjoying your private tropical estate. I guess it’s only natural that you would take up pet projects to occupy your time. Many multi-billionaires end up doing the very same thing later in life. However, I’m here to tell you, in your effort to disarm Americans – You’ll never win.

There are an estimated 300,000,000+ guns in the United States. This number is growing at a faster rate than ever over the last several years. Efforts to ban or regulate guns only spur higher sales of the very guns you are seeking to regulate.

Over the last several years you have had to form THREE different anti-gun groups in order to generate media attention for your cause. You tout email list signups and Facebook “Likes” as “members”. Despite these questionable “membership” numbers, you still haven’t gotten anywhere close to the NRA’s 5 million+ DUES PAYING members or even the DUES PAYING members of Gun Owners of America (300,000+) or the Second Amendment Foundation (nearly 1,000,000).

Outside of yourself and other uber rich donors, how many people send you annual checks of their hard earned money to support your gun control efforts? Few to none? That’s what I thought. It’s one thing to sign up for a mailing list or like a Facebook page, but it’s another to actually show up for protests or get out your checkbook once a year.

Guns have certainly contributed to his safety, security, protection of his very life. As Mayor of New York City for 12 years, he's ensconced himself within the inner protectiveness of an overwhelmingly armed unit of gun specialists, who as the mayor of of the potentially dangerous, volatile cities in the world. His ability, wherewithal to come and go as freely as he did, still does is the very real consequence that only guns can provide. Imagine, having his protective unit stripped of guns from merely the psychological aspect of protection that guns provide. His ability to move freely and unemcumbered, would sap him of the overwhelming productivity, safety, security, freedom that only guns make possible, can provide. So right there, before you even open your mouth mister duplicitous hypocrite, you're TKO'd, on the mat, at the well past the count.

Ten years ago, we said the LGBT agenda would never become legal and look where we are today with Federal courts striking down gay marriage bans in state after state.

The same thing could apply to guns: where will the nations and courts values be ten years from now? The progressive hypocrite Bloomberg types do not stop pounding their drums. Hypocrisy is their badge of honor. Conservatives should never say never and take any right for granted.

The difference is that pretending gay “marriage” has anything to do with a real marriage has relatively little effect on our lives. In contrast, any law infringing on our right to keep and bear arms is unconstitutional, a violation of God’s law, and illegitimate, while the enforcement of such a law has an immediate and threatening effect on us as individuals. I think a significant infringement on the Second Amendment would result in unpleasant consequences, immediately.

In the greater scheme of things, poking God in the eye results in withdrawal of His blessings, both individually or collectively as a nation. This newfound love for homosexuality is NOT a “victimless” crime against God’s law. We’ll all collectively pay for it. See Sodom and Gomorrah...

Agreed, but pretending that gay "marriage" is real comes across as one small element of our social perversion. Pretending that an adequate college football player has a place in the NFL because he's gay is another small element of the same widespread perversion. Gun-grabbing is a more immediate danger if Bloomberg actually wins, although both are intentional violations of God's will.
