Personally I think it behooves us to point out how ridiculous the names are. Otherwise do we sit back and pretend we don’t see how ignorant
these people are. Do we just conttinue to let society be dumbed down? Should we not strive for excellence and try to teach the uneducated or do we just accept Iignorance ss part of life abandon our standards for fear of “offending” and let the crude and ignorant seep into and dominate society and rise to the top instead of the cream?

FWIW, I think the basis of choosing unique names is to bestow a unique identity on the child. I have trouble with unique names because half of my friends growing up were named Mary. (slight exaggeration) I'm not going to decide if it's my cultural deficiency or that of those who choose unique names.
But I'm not going to criticize a person's name, first or last. A unique name doesn't "dumb down society". It makes a person stand out.
