Once upon a time there were more than fifty cattle ranches operating in the area of Southern Nevada where Cliven Bundy, with the help of numerous armed patriots from all over, is making his stand against the abusive, bankrupting tactics of the bullying federal government.
Now, there is only one rancher and his family left.
After several generations of his ancestors having use of the land in question, Bundy is literally the last man standing in what is, evidently, a long-range vendetta against ranchers by land-grabbing federal bureaucrats who, also literally, have gone power madthat is, mad for solar power scams (among other things) and all the big-dollar green graft that comes with it.
By now we all know that the official claim, that the confrontation has to do with protecting desert tortoises, is mostly just steaming bull patties.
ClashDaily.com has obtained evidence which indicates that the desert showdown at the Bundy ranch is actually the result of an expansive and ruthless federal strategy, aimed at bankrupting and driving away every last cattle rancher through increasingly exorbitant fees and endless rules, conditions, and red-tape. This is in order to clear the way for more politically-correct and politically connected (Sen. Harry Reid, his son, and a Chinese energy conglomerate) agendas such as solar energy boondoggles as far as the eye can see.
In a 77-page Federal Bureau of Land Management document titled Regional Mitigation Strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone, key aspects of the governments overall plan for facilitating massive solar energy projects in the region are discussed, specifically including the land where Bundys ranch is located. The report is linked here:
http://www.blm.gov/pgdata/etc/medialib/blm/wo/blm_library/tech_notes.Par.29872.File.dat/TN_444.pdf
Interesting note: In the process of writing this article, the link to the above document suddenly went dead, with only the following message showing
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) website (www.blm.gov) and all associated websites/pages are currently unavailable due to planned maintenance on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 starting at 8:00 PM Mountain Time until approximately Midnight Mountain Time. The total outage time should be no more than 4 hours.
Hmmmm. This comes on the heels of numerous reports from around the web that other key documents have been deleted from the BLM website in recent days, while the Bundy ranch situation has unfolded. (real transparent, Harry & Barry!)
Fortunately, ClashDaily.coms Doug Giles had the presence of mind to download/save the above document, which you can read here: Click Here to See the PDF
One of the other key documents is titled Cattle Trespass Impacts & History of Cattle Trespass, and it specifically discusses problems associated with Cliven Bundys livestock (yes, Bundy is mentioned by name multiple times) getting in the way of/interfering with contingencies to mitigate environmental impacts of utility-scale solar power generation facilities on public lands. Presuming BLM restores their website by the time you read this, it is linked here:

In case the BLM website continues to deprive you of access to that crucial report at the link, here are screenshots of key portions of it:

Suppose that Cliven Bundy had caved in and paid the disputed federal grazing fees all along. Do you suppose hed have been able to stay in business, where others went bust? If so, would it even make any difference as to what the authorities have planned for the site? Seems theyd want him gone regardless, and would use any tactic, reasonable or not, to try get rid of him.
Cliven Bundys ranch and cattle exist directly in the path of very powerful interests conflicting intentions for the land. The deals Harry Reid and his son are involved in with a Chinese government-owned energy firm are well-documented by authoritative sources such as Reuters, and by now everyone knows that Reids former top advisor now runs the BLM.
If not for Bundys principled stubbornness in resisting heeding the escalating fees and conditions demanded from him over the years by the feds, combined with our U.S. Constitutions 2nd Amendment and social media, wed probably never have heard of the Bundy family. The government would have just bankrupted him and pushed him off the land as they did to all the other inconvenient ranchers over the years.
The feds have a court order they say they are trying to enforce. Since when does this corrupt administration act with anything remotely resembling good faith to our nations passed laws, to its own proper role and authority, or even to court rulings? Please.
In this real-life, modern Western saga of cowboys and communists, the dust has only been kicked up a little, and so far the cowboys and their patriot allies have held firm the line and won the day. If push comes to shove, what kind of people do you trust to carry this nation forward? Heroes who stand up to the organized federal shakedown racket, like Clive Bundy and company, or Harry Reid and his agents of a corrupt regime?

Certain commenters say that Harry Reid's and his son's solar deal with the Chinese has been called off, and that therefore this story is merely a "loosely supported conspiracy theory." I say the evidence points to the federal racketeers and green energy scam artists being determined to get rid of every last cattle rancher in that area, and going forward with alternative uses for the land. What say you?

There is odd duplication in the article above.

A quick background as to why the BLM should not be harassing Cliven Bundy. This issue goes all the way back to the Confederation Papers, prior to the writing of our US Constitution.
Please remember that the Supreme Court has reversed more than 150 of earlier Supreme Court decisions on natural law. Is that what you would consider as someone being consistent and reliable in interpreting the Constitution?
The Resolution of 1780, "the federal trust respecting public lands obligated the united States to extinguish both their governmental jurisdiction and their title to land that achieved statehood."
In the Constitutional Convention of 1787, The Charter of Liberty contained these words, "The new Federal Government is an agent serving the states.", "The delegated powers are few and defined", "All powers not listed are retained by the states or the people", "The Resolution of 1780 formed the basis upon which Congress was required to dispose of territorial and public lands", "All laws shall be made by the Congress of the United States". (not agency bureaucrats!)
That should be sufficient for you to determine who all public lands belong to, hint - NOT the Federal Government!
"The Constitution is a written instrument. As such, it's meaning does not alter. That which it meant when adopted. it means now". So said the Supreme Court in South Carolina v United States in 1905
Articles of Confederation, Article VI, clause 1 All engagements entered into before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Confederation. In Article IX "... no State shall be deprived of territory for the benefit of the United States."
Formation of a "more perfect union" does not absolve that union of prior engagements, including those obligations establish by the resolution of 1780 and the Articles of Confederation.
Our government system is established by compact, not between the Government and the State Governments but between the States as Sovereign Communities. By James Madison 1821 (This is what make the County Sheriffs the highest law enforcement officer in that County and gives him/her the authority to tell the BLM, the FBI or any other Federal Agency to get out of the County or they will be arrested and jailed.)
What I have written here is but a short piece of the process that the Founder went through to establish our Constitution and system of government.
Please view these videos and see if they don't change your mind about whether or not Cliven Bundy is in the wrong by defying the BLM.
1of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference
2of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference
3of3 Stephen Pratt speaking to Sheriffs at WSSA conference
Here's one that shows why the Sheriff of Clark County is duty bound to keep the BLM and all Federal agents from arresting Cliven Bundy.
Steven Pratt, Bound by Oath to Support THIS Constitution,

This proves they not only want to stop Bundy from grazing his cattle on the government land, they also want Bundy’s land. What they will do is get one of their courts to take his ranch away from him for back taxes. If they refuse to leave they will bring in the military and kill them all.
I still wonder why Cruz and Palin aren’t out there screaming to high heaven about Reid’s deal. They could use the old Katy Couric tactic “Some say....”
I’ve got to stop reading about this. I may lose control.

Ah gee..so that one solar project was called off so there nothing to see..really?
Because we all know there only one solar project..and because we know once there stop that one project there will never be another
That as stupid as saying because the Keystone pipeline was canceled once it will never ever come back to life..and no other new pipe line will ever every be built on any part of the land proposed for the project?
See someone at sometime decided that land would be good for a solar project..but the ranchers were a problem..so remove the rancher..but one rancher remained..so the solar project stalls and gets “canceled”..but the people that were behind know you remove the final problem..the last rancher..that project can come back to life.
Its not unlike a certain radio guy who had a dream to create a news media empire..big Orson Welles fan
im very sure his plan hit many roadblocks along the way
and so im sure it looked like many many times his dream stalled out and died.
But when some roadblock got moved his dream came back to life and could move on .....funny how that happens..
maybe his final roadblock got moved when he made friends with the people that block and unblock roads created by little people like rancher .
you know what was Orson Welles famous movie..Oh yes Citizen Kane..what was the story..Oh yes..a media guy that start out to go after corruption and help the little guy ..get call a yellow journalist..longs for respectability.. and evolves to being corrupt in the end by being a friend of the corrupt

So what will Nevada do with all those solar panels to create electricity? Answer: Light up the casinos in Los Vegas and Reno even more. Seems really trivial to me. Farmers and ranchers raise food for the world’a hungry and poor. Casinos are the playground for the wealthy. Do you detect hypocrisy here?

Fox News reported 3 days back that the BLM hired a Utah Cowboy [=Rustler, IMHO ] and he was paid > $900,000 to invade, roundup, steal and transport the bulk of Bundys cattle to Utah to be sold at auction.
Fox News also reported that the BLM paid >$300,000 to a Utah auctioneer to auction off Bundys Cattle, in Utah.
All paid for and/or charged to YOU, the ultimate sucker taxpayer!
_______________
So many names apply to very late stage senility patient Harry Reid, and his hired guns:
Reids Rustlers
Reids Cattle Rustlers
Feudal Lord Reids Raiders.
Feudal Lord Reid of the Bureau of Feudal Land Management wants to make Nevada his personal Fief!
Holder had his glory days with Fast and Furious and escaped with an Exec. Order from his Chicago Hood pal, Barry Soetoro.
Now Kill the last cows in the Country Reid wants his 15 minutes of Glory.
Will the cowardly doormat Republican Leadership in the US House even consider holding Reid accountable for the taxpayer-funded slaughter of Nevada Rancher Bundys cattle?
Neighboring Arizona US Senator Wacko Bird McCain has not yet thrown his full moral weight of approval to Senate Classmate Reid, but it could happen any day now.
Shouldnt the ACLU, or PETA have a beef with the taxpayer-paid slaughter of Rancher Bundys personal Cattle?
Or will Feudal Lord Reid and his hired Rustlers get bailed out by another Executive Order from the infamous pen of You Lie Obama?
Feudal Lord Reid and You Lie Obama, a dastardly duo on the Democrat dung heap of History!
MOOOOOOOOOOVE
