Glib, check.

Superficial charm, check.

When the Clinton's were in office, I read Dr. Hare's book. I took all the traits I found in his book and wrote them out on a legal pad. I took two more legal pads and wrote Hillary's name on one and Bill's name on the other. I placed Dr. Hare's list in between the Clinton's.

I proceeded to make a checklist as to who had what trait. When I was finished Hillary and Bill shared all but four traits. The four that Hillary did not have Bill did. In other words, Bill and Hillary make a perfect psychopathic couple. Together they share all the traits that indicate a psychopath. Most psychopaths don't have all the traits.

Now for Obama I have not conducted the same type of study, however from what I do know he is a perfect amalgamation of Bill and HIllary.
