Top ten! IBTP!
Always wanted to post that on a DUFU thread. ;)

I think the thing that astonishes me is that Pitt is treated like a god over at DU.
Whether his post is an obscenity laced rant or just an inane opinion he gets many responses——far more than he deserves.
Most peculiar, but I guess he needs the ego boost.

It wasn’t $25.
It was $2500.
He omitted some zeros.

Most of the smarter identity criminals use a small transaction at first to test the account. They try another small amount later to see if you caught the first one. If not, then watch out!

Someone managed to compromise my bank account on Wednesday, and looted me of exactly $25 by purchasing phone apps, which means it's kids..
So if some kids can break into the Obamacare site and steal your bank info, what could a decent hacker who knows what he's doing do?

Tell Mr Pitt that Rush Limbaugh advertises a service called “LifeLock”
It can protect him from identity theft, and if he says “Rush Limbaugh” to the representative they will give him 10% off.

...but I got that squared away. For now. Pitt better watch his account, because that was likely just a test.

It’s not kids. They try a small transaction first to see if it works, then whamo!
My AmEx was cloned, and that’s what they did... tried it at McDonalds first then went on a shopping spree.
