“If Putin lived in America, he would be governor of Texas, riding bareback across his twenty acre spread, munching on a barbecue rib and guzzling a Bud.”

Thousand acres and a Lonestar longneck or a Shiner.

This is nearly as bad a Hanukkah tree.

He’s like Kruschev in another way - he’s an unabahsed supporter of Mother Russia and her destiny in the world. Kruschev was full of bluster and larger-than-life, but those who followed were party placeholders or bureaucrats trying to hold the central planning model together. Putin may be all the things people say he is (i.e. “thug”), but he also has a vision. It may not be a “shining city on a hill” but it sure isn’t one of Russia as a second-class world citizen either.

“In 1994 we signed a paper telling Ukraine we had their back. What has changed? When did the United States stop caring about the bullies on the playground beating up the little guys?”

Well, if we can't/won't honor a powerful, free friend and a traditional ally like Israel... why would anyone think we'd honor our alliance with a little country like the Ukraine?

NOW, Europeans and others who were SO Ga Ga about “O” when he was campaigning... can have him... literally!!

Never forget...’ What's bad for America is doubly bad, (and worse) for the rest of the world... What is good for America, is good for the world!’
