Courts don’t determine what is constitutional. We the People decide that.
Not in a republic. Anarchy or a democracy is what you describe. If a popular vote was held today, we would probably loose the 2nd Amendment.
Do not forget that there are now more people on the dole than working for a living. They respond to new entitlements every time and have no respect or allegiance to the Constitution.

The Constitution is a legal binding document-
The Constitution has nothing to do with “interpretation” because it contains legal terms which are defined by law hundreds of years ago, not “interpreted” unless it`s referring to the constitution of Mexico of 1917 which is in Spanish for which the supreme court would need an interpreter...
