What ticks me off about this sort of crap is that "bullying" becomes a code word for anti-homosexual opinion, while other straight, but nerdy kids are still getting the snot kicked out of them on a daily basis.

It would impose a very heavy requirement of record-keeping and reporting requirements of every "bullying" incident, real or suspected, for every school. Good. We can start with the bullying done by the pro-homosexual lobby.
