That’s what I see too. There are 2 elbows, 2 hands - both reaching up to the surface of the water in front of him. The skin area in front of him is too wide to be one arm and shows the boundaries of each arm. IIRC other images in the series of shots (which are consecutive. Except where I noted, I showed every frame that was in the bandicam recording.) also show the arms separated from each other in front of him; I think I mentioned that in the narration of the youtube.
Gotta get to Bible study.
That's what you think you see, but I have to tell you, no body treads water with both of their arms extended up and in front of them in exactly the same position. His left arm is on the left of his body and his right arm is out in front of him, reaching the surface. That's how you balance yourself in the water. With both arms in the same position, you sink.
It seems to me what you think is one arm above the other is a reflection.
The one upthread with the right arm angled down has a different body shape than Ms Fuddy... has white bunched up toward neck....
My answers to your quesetions
Image I - I see water spashing around
Image N - bubbles
Image P - what face?
Image V - underwater
Image ZD - another survivor
Image ZU - like most people, this person has two arms
Image ZZD - hard to say without context
A time index for each frame grab would place each still in context, which would be helpful.
