Well, all right, I’ll stop saying “that’s so gay” if they want, but it does seem a little queer.
Perhaps Rage Monkey may have a rebuttal...
telling people how to think or what to say is a macroagression....
Question / comment —
I see this article lists “LGBTQ”, which means “lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, and questioning”.
My question is — if being gay is inborn, is not any sort of choice, then how can someone be “questioning” about their sexual identity/sexual orientation????
Anyone know how liberals explain adding the Q to the LGBT equation?????
More whining from the perpetually aggrieved. Is there anything that does NOT cause whining among the LGBTQI activists?
This entire thread is so gay.
Giving the macro-aggressive perverts attention they don't deserve...
Whining is so gay.
Shhhhh! You are using logic and reason!
Call me the wanmmbulance
Homosexuality is devient because it’s only 1.7% of the population
I am sick to death of cry babies
What people like this easily offended man will never realize is that the vast majority of heterosexuals are essentially indifferent to them until their behavior causes harm to others. The prime example is homosexual men molesting young boys.
I will reply the way I always do:
Who are you to tell me how to think or what I should say?
Anything after that is pretty much pointing out they are a fascist and that they can go to hell.
This article is so gay. :-)
I refuse to call it gay. I refer to it as homosexuality, and people who engage in it as homosexuals.
They’d say that you’re questioning the false, socially-constructed sexual orientation that was forced on you by your squaresville parents and community and are now seeking your true orientation, or something like that.
Give it a rest, Nancy-boy.
Use the term themselves yet have a hissy when someone uses the same term.
Nothing more than hypocrites.
If you are on TV discussing your change of gender, people are going to wonder about your genitals!! Deal with it. It you go on a national talk show to promote a book or talk about your latest movie, no one will ask you about your genitals.
Microaggression: Topping the list of words that need to go away.
Also, this was a huge red flag under #5
“One example of this on a systemic level is the federal ban for any man who has had sex with another man to donate blood. So even if a man is HIV-negative and has been in a monogamous relationship all of his life, he is considered to be at risk and therefore an ineligible donor.”
I checked the CDC’s own numbers on HIV infection rates. Gay and Bisexual men account for better than 2/3’s of new HIV *and* syphilis infections. When you consider that gay and bi men are a tiny percentage of the population, it’s just that more worrisome. Yes, our detection methods are better now than in the 1980s. But it would medical malpractice in all but name to take blood donations from such a high-risk group. Shall we then take blood donations from IV drug users, too?
