Bullseye!
Beautifully stated.
I’m still a little skeptical, since the photoshopped pic from National Geo does not match the pics of him from the image search.
Anyone have independent confirmation that the guy in the picture is the anti-muslim guy? And confirmation of the quote.
I get so many fake emails (Obama’s real college ID! Icecaps melting!) I like to take a hard look at ones that might be real.
No, I’m saying the quoted statement is true. The picture of the guy could be photoshopped from an old Navy ad for all it matters, the person quoted SAID the quote and holds those ideas.
Yup he did indeed! Trust, but verify.
To the several replies;
I only said this is not a child and I think the gun is real.
I still think that.
The real leader was born in 1968 and could be the pictured persons father, perhaps, or maybe all bald Buddhists look alike to me.
No matter, love is not mutually exclusive with protecting yourself from unwarranted or deadly aggression.
I think the firearm juxtaposed with the Buddhist is a powerful statement that defense is a spiritually consistent activity.
One we should note in the USA these days.
Well, then we disagree. No biggie. I think the photographer, who was there and could watch and interact with the subject, was in a better position to describe the scene.
The pic is great, though, and the quote is real. Very powerful image for sure.
To be honest Tibet is a pretty much screwed up place. I don’t think their lifestyles are any better comparing to muzzies.
