Okay, so in your mind no arbitrary lynchings never happened. Nobody won the War of Secession. The North prevailed, the South didn't. Then we have these yearly Civil War reenactments commemorating battles that in total killed over 750,000 men. I wonder when the South will have reenactments of say, oh, Andersonville? Or maybe reenact the massacre at Ft. Pillow? The South always has portrayed itself as the hapless victim of Northern aggression, a term coined by a college fraternity in the late 20th. century.
PS, psst - the war ended in 1865. Get over it.
