There is a window between the door and tail on Lang’s photo.

Rotate your larger Lang photo so that the body of the plane is horizontal and you can see the window next to the open door. The plane’s door opens upward and the window IN the door frame and door frame casts a shadow across the top of the plane.

You can see the light of the door’s window is casting a lighter shadow in the middle of the door frame shadow across the top of the plane.

You are mistaking the first window by the tail as the door.

No, there would have to be 2 windows overlapping, for the end-most window to be the window between the door and the tail. No shadow can make 2 windows overlap.
