Beck is not the first to say America is finished. The leftists are turning everything on its head. Successful people are “lucky” and bums are to be rewarded and given special protection.

I work in an office of fairly well educated and smart people. When I bring this FCC up and NSA, they just shrug and say there is nothing wrong with it, they have nothing to hide, or that the news needs to be better controlled. They use FOX or Faux news as they like to call it as an example.

When elected officials and bureaucracies act outside the law they are simply lawbreakers. When the majority of the people vote in favor of total lawlessness in the highest offices they are withdrawing their consent to be governed by a constitutional government. By what legitimate basis does the United States of America, as a Constitutional republic, still exist?
