Lone Star Tea Party has now posted voters guides. We receive requests daily on who to vote for, who are top Tea Party Choices. We've put together the Top Voters Guides in Texas so you can do your own due diligence.
You can find them in the Blue Menu Bar at www.lonestarteaparty.us.
You can also check out our poll on the right hand side of LSTP. Those are good indicators of who Tea Party members and the conservative grass roots are voting for.
Although LSTP does not endorse candidates for office, WBTM Internet Radio/TV did a survey among our Tea Party leadership for Tarrant County. Like you, they don't all agree, but a consensus was achieved.
The results will be posted after the WBTM.TV Show, "Who Do I Vote For?", Friday at 10:00AM. We've put together a panel that should make it interesting to say the least (all shows are archived at wbtm.tv).
Thanks.
Which district are you in?
Trying to see how many are still supportive of Kevin Brady.
I’m curious why he wasn’t one of the many true Conservatives that were purged from Committee Chair positions by John Boehner last year.
Are any of them recommending Cornyn for Senate? My mom got a “conservative” guide that did.
Not bloody likely. These are Tea Party recommendations.
I'm in the 24th Congressional District. Kenny Marchant is my Congressman.
Voted yesterday. The last I could find showed Cornyn ahead of Stockman and Stoval wasn’t even mentioned. The best we can hope for is a run off with Stockman. Cornyn is going to be rough to beat. Course I thought that with Dewhurst vs Cruz until Palin came to Texas. 30-40 points in one week rise for Cruz.
We just have to keep Cornball below 50% to trigger the run-off. That's all I've got my eyes set on right now. Several news stories I've seen in the last few days put him at only 43% voter support. That's awful for an incumbent, and shows that he's beatable.
Do you fully support him for re-election? Does he have a challenger?
I’m stuck with Pete Olson (former Chief of Staff for John Wayne McCornyn). He doesn’t have a challenger, I’m sorry to say.
Thanks for the ping.
Heard Stockman and Stoval on the radio yesterday. Hands down I am picking Stoval over Stockman just from what I heard from the radio interview.
Stoval believes in Texas and believes he is going to the cesspool to represent Texas not the machine.
‘nough said for me.
When Kevin Brady was my Congressman, he did nothing to help with a problem our community was having with an Illegal immigrant who came here from the Philippines. I brought the subject up at a Townhall meeting and he said: “If we can’t do something about people like that guy, we may as well quit. Give your documentation to my staff member after the meeting and I’ll look into it.” I gave the documentation to his staffer and NEVER HEARD A FREAKIN’ WORD FROM KEVIN BRADY.
Was Stockman sober during the interview?
That “conservative” guide your mom got was from Texas Conservatives. They are a front for John Cornyn and his RINO buddies. The are NOT conservative.
I know Stovall has been on the stump non-stop. Has anyone seen Stockman at any campaign events since this race began? Has anyone heard any Radio or seen any TV Ads or Billboards or yard signs? Where is the guy?
Sfl
Thanks for the ping!
The Farm Bureau called yesterday to get my vote for Cornyn. They got hung up on. I wish TX would decide between Stoval and Stockman so we wouldn’t have to go through a run off.
You bet, AG!
I'll admit, the guy sure has a strange way of campaigning for a national office. I haven't heard a single commercial for Stockman, nor have I seen any yard signs. No radio interviews (that I've heard) - no whistle stops (that I've heard of) - nuttin.
