John Kerry slammed extreme climate change deniers in Indonesia Sunday, calling them members of the Flat Earth Society.
Mr. Kerry, speaking in Jakarta, demonized those who do not believe in climate change, claiming they were hijacking the climate conversation and were being paid by big companies.
We should not allow a tiny minority of shoddy scientists and science and extreme ideologues to compete with scientific facts, he warned. Nor should we allow any room for those who think that the costs associated with doing the right thing outweigh the benefits.
Mr. Kerry then exclaimed, The science is unequivocal, and those who refuse to believe it are simply burying their heads in the sand. We dont have time for a meeting anywhere of the Flat Earth Society.

Liberalism is based on feelings—Not logic or data.
Which is why attack is the default response whenever any aspect of liberalism is questioned.
I’m not following what you’re trying to say. We are the “extreme deniers” and the quote you used was made by the warmists. Also I think I refuted it quite handily.
Those who wish to control the means of production have their imaginary crisis. Their computer model is their proof. Lust for power over others is their dream.
Christianity scares you?
Funny he should bring that up considering...
Kerry has things backwards.
The “flat earth” believing folks did not have science on their side, they had an orthodox belief system - go away evidence, the earth is flat. That’s like just like the “man made” global warming folks.
No. They believe Kerry’s career is flat.
Hey, he's got the magic hat to prove it. If you ask nicely he'll show it to you.
Looks like Superior and Huron are pretty much covered, Michigan has a little way to go yet. On the up side, it’s limiting “lake effect snow”.

We got about two inches this morning and we’re expecting another 3 to 6 inches tomorrow night.
> ... did you know that Effin served in Vietnam?
Yeah, and he’s got the hat they gave him to prove it.
Same here. fortunately (or unfortunately,as it were) I’m down with a lung infection and don’t have to worry about driving in it to work.

What I do KNOW with ontological certitude is that Kerry’s cranial vault is actually emptier than his suit.
Whatever, F'n...Slander always seems to be the first tool out of the toolshed when one is on the losing side of an intelligent discussion. Tell you what F'n, for every 'scientist' that you put up to defend glowbull warmongering, the 'sceptics' will be happy to send one up to debate him.
Big corporations don’t pay me anything.
How about a look at your original DD214, Francois.
John Effin’ taking over for ALgore.
Mount Kelud volcano erupts to show its pleasure. LOL
Shut the hell up Effin. Go take a ketchup bath with your beloved Theresa.
I wonder whether Lurch has ever bothered to read the NT, specifically Apostle Peter’s writings? Of course, he probably worships “mother earth” nowadays....and stumps for the increased slaughter of infants in the womb. But surely, as a yout, and a good Catholic lad, he must have read Scripture....or not!
I’m specifically alluding to 2nd Peter 3:8-13 where the Apostle clearly warns that this old planet, which has been stained and besmirched by sin, and EVERYTHING ON IT, will be burned up and replaced by a NEW EARTH, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Picture the enormity of that, while he frantically twists his hankie and moans in great angst over the possibility that a glacier is melting....which truly isn’t even happening, I might add.
climate change proponents believe kerry is smart
OK!! Everybody pay attention!
Lesson for today:
1. The sun is 1,300,000 times as big as the earth.
2. The sun is a ball of fire that controls the climates of all its planets.
3. The earth is one of the suns planets.
4. The earth is a speck in comparison to the size of the sun.
5. Inhabitants of the earth are less than specks.
Study Question: How do less-than-specks in congress plan to control the sun?
